Project Architect and Senior Level Technologist (Chris Dikeakos Architects Inc.)

Chris Dikeakos Architects Inc. is a growing Architectural firm specializing in some of the largest and most exciting Projects in Lower Mainland and Western U.S. We are seeking qualified Staff with openings for the following positions:
Project Architect / Job Captain:
Registered Architect with minimum 10 years of local experience on multi-family or mixed-use project. Must have a proven track record of client care and management. Proficiency with entire project delivery system (contracts, scheduling, design, tendering, and contract administration). Candidates will be evaluated on the following:
- Professional Degree in Architecture
- Architectural Registration in B.C.
- Proficiency in oral and written communication
- Proven experience as a job captain as well as experience in the design of large residential/mixed-use developments
- Proficiency with AutoCAD 2010
- Knowledge of Revit advantageous
- Excellent organizational and Management skills
Senior Level Technologist:
Registered Technologist with minimum 5 years of local experience on multi-family or mixed-use projects. Must have a proven track record with all aspects of contract documentation. Candidates will be evaluated on the following:
- Technology Diploma
- Proficiency in oral and written communication
- Working drawings and detailing experience
- Proficiency with Revit mandatory
- Experienced in coordinating full set of construction documents
- Consultant coordination
- Excellent organizational and Management skills
