This is an intermediate level position. The ideal candidate is someone with good technical knowledge of detailing and working drawings. Experience in managing medium to large scale projects.
• Minimum 5 years of industry experience.
• Solid experience of construction detailing and documentation.
• Experience in coordination with consultant team and in house team.
• Understanding of local building codes and Bylaws
• Proficiency in REVIT and AutoCAD.
• Experience in a variety of project types.
• Experience with a variety of construction systems including wood frame, concrete and steel.
• Experience in contract administration an asset.
• Good communication skills and fluency in English required.
• Must be registered with the AIBC, or eligible to be registered in the province of British Columbia.
