Job Description:

  • Architectural or Architectural Technologist degree from an accredited program.
  • Strong Design, Graphic and Presentation skills.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD.
  • Revit and/or Sketch-up, 3D modelling proficiency an asset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Preparation of conceptual designs under the supervision of the principal in charge.
  • Develop schematic design and design development documentation.
  • Salary and benefits will be commensurate with experience.
  • Must be registered with the AIBC or eligible for registration in the province of British Columbia

Job Description:

  • Architectural or Architectural Technologist degree from an accredited program.
  • 10+ years experience with an emphasis on larger projects.
  • Highly proficient in AutoCAD.
  • Revit and/or Sketch-up proficiency an asset.
  • Experience in all phases of design with a major emphasis on working drawings and contract administration.
  • Strong understanding of building technology with a thorough understanding of construction detailing of both wood-frame and concrete construction.
  • Self-directed with the ability to both work in, and potentially lead, project teams, achieving project goals within budgets.
  • Familiarity dealing with consultants, contractors and authorities having jurisdiction.
  • Understanding of BC Building Code and local by-laws.
  • Salary and benefits will be commensurate with experience.
  • Must be registered with the AIBC or eligible for registration in the province of British Columbia
